Student Council
Student council is composed of a group of 6th, 7th and 8th graders who coordinate student events, organize special projects and sell spirit wear from the school store. In order to join student council students must fill out an application, campaign and be voted on to the council. Meetings take place during homeroom and afterschool. Student council is the heartbeat of Reuther Middle School.

8th Grade President
I joined student council because I have a strong passion to be a leader, to help others out, and to make Reuther a better place. I´ve had experience being on Student Council ever since elementary school, and at Reuther became the 7th grade president the previous year. Some of my hobbies are playing the piano, dancing, and swimming. I am also a part of Reuther Robotics and band. I joined Student Council to make an impact in our Crusader community, and not only do important things, but have fun along the way with fellow Crusaders and our very own Reuther Student Council!

Hi my name is Joel and I joined the Student Council because I wanted to help my school and to give my ideas and thoughts. I also wanted to be more a part of the school and the planning so that I can help make school events more fun!

I like to spend my free time hanging out with friends, listening to music, dancing, or just having fun! I wanted to join the Student Council so I can hear and learn more about everyone's opinions. An impact I have made around Reuther is showing everyone kindness!

Hey! My name is Alicia. I joined Student Council because I wanted to put myself out there, become a leader, and give back to my school. (Plus they get to skip class sometimes, which totally wasn't a motivating factor at all...) I love playing sports, cooking, and hanging out with friends. I'm a very social and outgoing person and I love chatting about pretty much anything. I love being on Student Council and I'm so happy I made it!
