RCS seeks to foster the following learner profile as outlined in the Michigan Integrated Technology Competencies for Students (MITECS) standards. These standards are designed with personalized, deeper learning in mind. Partnerships are a critical component of the MITECS as learners access network professional experts and explore local community issues:
